Skip the crowds and elevators of the big resorts, don't worry about parking, and enjoy a brand new private pool with floats and beach towels provided (closed for winter months) in a fenced backyard, with a screened porch with comfy seating at this 3 bedroom/2 bath home. It's quiet, private, and offers all you need for an amazing family trip to the white sand beaches.

Step out back to one of the highlights of our property: our comfortable seating area in a screened-in porch, and the sweetest dog beach mural wall - welcoming you to PCB! It also comes complete with its own retro refrigerator and outdoor TV so you don't miss any of your favorite sports or shows. Some games provided- cornhole, cards, and other games (for adults and the kids) and new One Hole Putt-Putt - with glow in the dark balls and putter for a glowing night time game! Don't worry about privacy, it's all in a 6ft. fenced-in yard so you can relax as kids or pups play while fully protected in a secure space. Security cameras are located outside only. All Smart TVs are either ROKU OR FIRE - No Cable -  please note - use your own personal streaming accounts on any TV.- Free Hi-Speed WI-FI is provided.

We are dog friendly for (up to X at owner discretion) house trained, potty trained, well mannered dogs and owner will consider size/breed for each request for a non-refundable fee, dogs must be approved by owner. We have two small kennels for your use. We have abundant FREE/covered parking (RV, boat, camper, trailer, jet skis.) The PCB Airport is is a short taxi ride and no rental car is needed to get to beach - instead, rent a golf cart from Outlaw Golf Carts very close to the house and ride in style to Beach Access 79 or 82.

The emerald waters are a 3-minute golf cart ride away, and there are many great nearby restaurants - go right for 30A and left for PCB.

We do not live locally but are happy to discuss details about Panama City Beach and 30A in advance or while you are there. Text, emails, calls all welcome.

Guest Access

Guests will have direct access and will be able to let themselves into the home with our keyless lock. Details with address, directions and more will be emailed to guests prior to check in.

The Space

Our one-story remodeled home offers a sizeable living area and full kitchen with smart TV and dining/bar seating. The primary bedroom features a deluxe memory foam king bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom includes a deluxe memory foam queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom offers luxury queen bed, bunk beds plus trundle (3 twins total) and Serta sofa/bed. The sleeping maximum occupancy of  MAX ADULTS 6 total of 8. A full size washer/dryer and private wi-fi round out the conveniences. We supply beach towels, pool noodles and various toys as well.  Our security cameras are located outside of property only.

Features Description

Boho Beachy PCB is dog friendly (at owner discretion with non-refundable pet fee - at owner discretion and approval-) and provide two small kennels for your use and the screened in patio area offers a convenient doggie-door. We have ample parking without parking fees. If you're flying in, the PCB Airport is a 20-minute Uber away and no rental car is needed to get to beach - instead, rent a golf cart from Outlaw Golf Carts (on the corner of our street) just up from our house and ride in style to Beach Access 79 or 82. The emerald waters are a 3-minute golf cart ride away, and there are many great nearby restaurants including the Old Beach Bar, Thomas Donuts, and Pho Restaurant. For groceries needs, the locals favorite Carousel Supermarket is very close.
